WELCOME
New Student & Family Programs is your resource for the entire First Year Experience. Whether you are a new student just out of high school, transferring from another college or university, or coming back to school after some time away, we are dedicated to helping you stay, succeed, learn, grow, and graduate. If you are a parent or family member, we are also your first stop for learning about your role as a vital support figure in the life of your student and your involvement as a member of our extended Bronco Family.
It is our mission to both facilitate the successful transition of new students to Boise State University, and to improve the success and quality of the first-year experience for students. We seek to accomplish this through preparing students for university life‚ through providing educational opportunities, by assisting students with integration into Boise State’s intellectual, cultural, and social climate, and through our inclusion and support of the families of current students.
